Dipesh Chandra Rath is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience across wholesale lending, debt syndication, and structured finance. His career spans leadership roles in investment banking, NBFCs, and global advisory firms, with a strong focus on infrastructure, real estate, power, and core manufacturing sectors.

He has led the origination and execution of large-ticket debt deals, advised on complex restructuring mandates, and managed institutional relationships across domestic and international markets.

He brings deep domain knowledge, hands-on execution skills, and a sharp understanding of sectoral dynamics, especially in regulated and capital-intensive industries.

He is an alumnus of MDI Gurgaon and EDHEC Business School, France.
