He has expertise in CoE functions of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement and HR Tech Transformation as well HR Business Partnering for large teams to drive business growth and workforce efficiency. Adept at coaching senior leadership, managing high-performing HR teams, and leading cross-functional projects to align HR strategy with business objectives.

Most recently, at Equitas he led HR Business Partnering for asset verticals during a period of rapid organizational growth, while driving the creation of new business lines and leading HR transformation initiatives. He oversaw a major HR tech overhaul, enhanced recruitment efficiency, and strengthened talent development and retention through innovative programs and frameworks.

Prior to joining Equitas, Abhik has worked in SREI Equipment Finance Limited, TATA Motors Finance Limited, HDFC Bank and Indian Bank.
