Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work across different business challenges, manage teams, and contribute towards strengthening our presence in the Karnataka region. Every phase of my journey at ARKA has helped me enhance my leadership skills, customer understanding, and ability to drive results while working with diverse teams.

My journey with Arka Fincap has been both enriching and fulfilling, both professionally and personally. Moving from Kolkata to Bangalore for my role as Regional HR was a significant transition, and the organisation extended immense support to help me settle into a new city seamlessly. In my role, I handle credit assessment, customer interaction, and verification processes to ensure quality business and responsible lending. What truly stands out at ARKA is the approachability of our leadership. In my career, I have never experienced top-level management and promoters who are so humble and connected with employees.
A particularly memorable moment occurred during a presentation by Anand Bang. He remembered my name and addressed it in his presentation. This gesture reflected ARKA's culture of respect, recognition, and personal connection. These are the moments that stay with me throughout my career, and this experience will always remain memorable for me.
