Niki Mehta is the Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Arka Fincap Limited. Ms. Mehta and heads the Compliance and Secretarial function across all entities within the Arka Group. With over 12 years of experience in the financial services sector, she brings deep expertise in corporate secretarial, compliance and corporate legal matters. Her focus includes strengthening governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the Board and management on statutory and corporate governance matters.

Since joining Arka Fincap Limited in May 2022, Niki has been instrumental in overseeing the secretarial and compliance function across the Group and driving best practices in corporate governance. Prior to Arka, she was associated with JM Financial Credit Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of JM Financial Limited, where she managed secretarial and compliance responsibilities. Earlier, she worked with IndoStar Capital Finance Group, gaining extensive experience across compliance, corporate legal and secretarial functions.

Niki is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Mumbai (G.J. Advani Law College) and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai (Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics).
